Imperial Enterprise – January Newsletter

Join us this February to explore the future of the life sciences

When we think about the future of the health, we’re confronted with grave threats such as infectious diseases, antimicrobial resistance, and the rise in noncommunicable diseases. More excitingly, we’re presented with an array of hitherto unimaginable new treatment options based on deep scientific research, and an ever-expanding understanding of how to maintain peak health as we age.

On 8 February, we’re inviting life sciences professionals, clinicians, entrepreneurs, investors, policymakers, researchers, and all those who have a stake in the future of the life sciences, to take part in the Jawdrop Summit 2024 – a one-day event we’re holding with Upstream at our White City Campus that will explore how to tackle these challenges, embrace new opportunities, and create a resilient future for all.

With Chi Onwurah MP opening and speakers from Imperial, local government, the UK Health Security Agency, Moderna, Albion VC and Parkwalk Advisors, along with plenty of opportunities for networking and relationship building, it will be a fantastic day, and I hope to see many of you there. Please do also pass this invitation on to colleagues who may be interested.

Best wishes,

Dr Simon Hepworth
